SHIPPING POLICY
All of our pieces are custom-sourced and made to order, which means we don’t hold excess inventory. Once you place an order, we work directly with our trusted manufacturing partners in China to prepare and ship your item with care. On average, orders take between 12 - 21 days from the time of purchase to delivery at your door. This timeline includes production, quality checks, international shipping, and local delivery. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply email us with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) or, if you prefer, offer an alternative product of equal value.
